Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been a champion for victim's rights, serving as a founding sponsor of the Civil Justice Foundation and as Advocate with the National College of Advocacy.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The receptionists has some Very poor professionalism manners when dealing with handicap senior citizens he gave nothing but the run around. It just was a very bad experience from start to finish and to top it off he finished it off by beginning to talk down to a potential client.
