We are relationship coaches and therapists who have each had tens of thousands of hours of experience as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists* operating individual private practices. Each of us has made it our life's work to help individuals, couples, and families increase their peace and personal satisfaction.
If you will be seeing us by yourself -whether in person or via secure video sessions*-you will be able to focus on whatever is most impacting you. Many individual clients contact us for help with relationships when their partner is not yet ready to go to counseling with them. Other individual clients contact us to deal with troubling life events they're struggling to make sense of.
Although you each might have different unmet needs, effective couples sessions usually depend on developing goals you and your helping professional can help you both work toward-goals that will each help you get your separate needs met and find peace and love together.
