Services
Our mission is to provide top-of-the-line treatment for men, women, and affected families seeking relief from addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. Aspire Counseling Services utilizes a variety of assessments, individualized treatment planning, group sessions, individual, couples, and multi-family counseling, education and relapse prevention, co-dependency, self-esteem, anger, parenting, mindfulness skills, discharge planning, and aftercare.
Aspire Counseling Services offers both Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services to meet our clients' treatment needs and goals. We have multiple locations in California, and a team of trained professionals ready to meet the needs of clients and their families.

We have multiple locations in California, and a team of trained professionals ready to meet the needs of clients and their families dealing with mental health issues. Our programs aim to improve both adults and adolescents' behavioral health at Aspire Behavioral Health.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a wide range of individual, group, and couples counseling for men, women, and adolescents. We also offer addiction recovery groups, education groups, assessments, drug & alcohol testing, crisis intervention, aftercare and more. At Aspire Behavioral Health we believe in the importance of implementing evidence-based classes within our programs that further the improvement of behavioral health conditions. Our Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide short-term stabilization of psychiatric symptoms while allowing participants to live an independent lifestyle.

So grateful for the privilege of being a part of the PHP program. 30 hour weeks never felt so short. The 2 days a week I am not required to attend I miss being there. Staff and peers truly make it feel like home. Plenty of knowledge to gain and progress to be made, and the staff provides more support than I've EVER received in my life.
