We recently moved out of state and used the services of Grullon Team to sell our home. They were amazing! Within a week of hiring them, they helped us find contractors to do the touch up needed to put the house on the market within a week. Eight days after listing the house, we had two offers. They kept us abreast of all events and answered every question we had in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend their services. They do great work!

The Grullon team provided me excellent and timely service when I first bought my home and when I sold the same home later. I was deployed during the selling process and they were extraordinarily helpful with making sure I stayed in budget on home repairs while getting my asking price. The entire process happened while I was gone and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. They even managed to drop their commission .5%. Team Grullon is horrible. We listed with them (yes, they will deny it which is how they get around the horrible reviews) and had the worst experience ever. We hired them based on their reviews. Kevin once told me that our house will never sell, there was a new subdivision going in around our home with cheaper square feet. Just what you want to hear from your realtor, it will never sell. Communication was almost nonexistent. They would blame an email issue, not getting messages etc....I asked them to send me names of landscapers to mow our yard (we lived in another state). Never heard back from
