Hung up in my face when I was trying to discuss getting my property out of a home that I had power of attorney over. I had to threaten legal action for him to allow me to be able to retrieve my belongings. When attempting to retrieve my belongs my husband expensive tool chest was attempted to be hidden and several of our possessions were rummaged through. Don’t hire him as your realtor, you’re better off doing it yourself.

We would not recommend SoldandRented to anyone. Kevin Thompson, the property manager, constantly talked down to me and preferred to do business with my husband. He was not timely when we had issues with the property and often blamed us when we reported issues. Finally, he charged us over $180 for a spare set of keys to the house because he had to replace all of the locks, even though he had agreed to receive the keys at a later date and he was planning to replace the locks anyway.
