Founded in 1970, Tom Keith & Associates, Inc. is a multidisciplinary appraisal firm with clients primarily in the Southeast United States. Most appraisals are performed for the owners, purchasers, lenders, and their advisors. Our business valuation clients range from the small one-person sole proprietorship to the regional companies.
Our practice in the Business Valuation discipline began in 1972 with the appraisal of a local oil distributing company. Prior to 1980, the demand for business valuations in this country was very limited, mostly for public companies. They were usually performed by brokerage houses or specialized valuation firms in the major cities.
Tom J. Keith & Associates is always looking for qualified individuals. Applicants should be a college graduate or have Appraisal Experience. The applicant should have completed the following courses required for the Certified General Appraiser License:. The applicant must be a team player in office environment with interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and the general public.
Due to our desire for quality wildlife management we allow current hunters to have the first right to release the property for the next hunting season.
