Our comprehensive map-ready content powers our mapping applications, LandVision and GovClarity, as well as your applications and web portals via SpatialStream, our web service. Whether you need parcel, ownership, buy and sell periods, traffic count, tax related material, flood or fire zones, LandVision has and will continue to the commercial real estate space. Signed a contract with this service in April 2021. I contacted my salesperson Lon within the 72 hour cancellation window and told him I wanted to cancel the contract. Then I get a bill in November 2021 for over $6k and a bunch of heavy handed phone calls and emails demanding payment. Now they want to send me to collections, I guess I will have to pay my attorney to fight this one out, don't do business with these creeps!

Horrible! I spent $1,300 for one year of their service and decided not to continue. That didn't stop them from saying I continued to log in which is completely false. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that someone from their staff, likely someone from their sales team, logged in under my credentials so they could continue to bill me. Now I'm in the middle of fighting it out with my attorney against the collection agency they sent me to for $2,600! I logged in less than 5 times! Do not, I repeat, do not sign up with these crooks. Terrible company. Their information isn't accurate much of the time and they are aware of that. They do not communicate well and when trying to work out our issues with them, they became non-responsive, letting too much time lapse on a sensitive matter. After attempting to cancel our subscription, they renewed us for ANOTHER year, without our permission! (Which is illegal in our state). Stay far, far away from LandVision.
