Chiropractic, the world's largest natural healing profession, is based on the principle that every body part, tissue, and cell in the body is directed by the nervous system, vitally connecting the brain and body. The brain and its spinal cord is the only organ completely protected and encased by bone, therefore the spine is segmented to allow movement.

Neurofeedback, aka Neurotherapy, Brainwave or EEG Biofeedback, is a form of Biofeedback using moment to moment samplings of brainwaves to help the brain retime them, so they work more efficiently. This video explores what Neurofeedback brain training is, how it works, and conditions it supports improvement for, like sleep, headaches, and stressful moods.
Side effects are rare. If a symptom arises, it will be temporary, transient, and will already be a symptom the person has previously experienced or currently experiences. Neurofeedback is safe because the brain is simply self-correcting, based on responding to being given the opportunity to witness its own activity.

I just had my first adjustment from Dr. Murphy. Unlike many "big-city" chiropractors that spend 5 minutes with you and then hurry off to the next patient ($$$), she initially spent a lot of quality time with me, getting to know me as a person, and not just another spine that needs adjusting. I appreciated the way that she massaged the soft tissue (tight muscles, etc.), before moving onto the hard tissue (vertebrae). This insures that the adjustment will hold longer without the tight muscles pulling the vertebrae out of alignment immediately after the adjustment. She gave me one of the most thorough

A chiropractic GEM. I've been seeing Dr. Deb for a few years now and definitely recommend. Personable. Knowledgeable. Caring. Pretty easy to get an appointment. Small, one person office, so she works with you the whole time. Uses heat, vibration, and massage before her adjustments. The massage part itself is worth recommending her for (and I'm a massage professional). She has a talent for distracting you for some of the adjustments..(thank you) FYI, there is no X-ray, but she has a diligent hands-on approach to finding those areas that need it. A great find.
