At Lads and Lassies Community Preschool we offer the children the opportunity to be the natural explorers and scientists they were born to be. Our curriculum is inspired by the schools of Reggio Emilia Italy and the Project Approach to early childhood education. We offer a quality half-day program for children ages 3, 4 and 5 in Wyoming, Ohio, a Cincinnati suburb (located in the Presbyterian Church of Wyoming).
At Lads & Lassies Community Preschool, we practice what we believe through a project approach style of learning - using a flexible curriculum in our child-centered program. Incorporated into each project and the overall curriculum are Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards that address the development of the whole child.

Services
Meeting and exceeding the expectations of our families and their children is the most important indicator of "success" for us. We have a high level of teacher education and training (all classroom teachers and assistants are degreed and complete additional training hours annually in the area of Early Childhood Education).
Our staff has over 75 combined years of experience here at Lads & Lassies Community Preschool!. I have been in education since 1996. After graduating from Miami University with a Bachelors Degree in education and a K-8 certification, I taught 3rd grade in Lebanon Public Schools.
I took a break from teaching to stay at home with my own children for a few years and then entered the field of Early Childhood Education in 2003 as my own daughter's preschool teacher here at Lads and Lassies Community Preschool.I quickly realized preschool is the place for me! I set out to learn all I can about how young children learn.
