My overall experience with iNSITES was great! As a first time home buyer, I definitely didn't know we needed Frank as much as we did.....BUT WE DID. He made the whole process easy to understand and pretty much laid out each step along the way. Not only did he simplify the process for me, he personalized it. Frank really understood what our family needed from the get-go and didn't waste our time showing us homes that didn't fit all of our needs. In the end, we bought a home that had 100% of the features we asked for, in a neighborhood we now hope to stay in forever.
