We recently bought a house in the Santa Ynez Valley through Jim after moving from Boulder, Colorado. Our experience was nothing but excellent. Jim was accommodating in every way and he’s a nice guy on top of it. His negotiation skills were exactly what we needed. There are lots of realtors out there but very few bring the skills that Jim does.

I hired Jim Callahan to sell my house which had been on and off the market for over two years. From the beginning, I was really pleased with how our relationship worked. I always knew what was going on. If he had recommendations he made them, but decisions were mine. I wasn't handed off to an associate; Jim handled open houses and all the communication until we were in escrow, when he used an escrow facilitator to make sure everything was timely.
