All I can say is Mr. David Mires is a GREAT Real Estate agent. He has worked with my family on more than one SB property transaction over the years. Now that he has opened his own agency I cannot see why anyone in the SB area would engage any other agency than Realign Real Estate for either buying or selling a home. You will get a hard worker, honesty, transparency and a personal touch for your experience. I think he really is a star in the SB real estate realm.

Dave was my agent when I bought my first property (which was bank owned, so special circumstances) and he was great! I highly recommend him and have referred him on multiple occasions. He walked me through step-by-step, explained the process clearly, and was very patient with me through all my questions about buying a home!
