Chandara Diep is Of Counsel in our firm. She was our firm's first hire, and has been with RJS LAW from its transition from a solo practitioner into a full-service law firm. Joseph Cole is an associate at our law firm. I was faced with an IRS dilemma that required counsel from seasoned tax personnel. I was able to speak with Attorney Joe Cole who was very pleasant and informative. He determined that I could handle my situation directly with the IRS and suggested I do so. He also explained all the angles we could attack, but that I could handle the matter on my own. I spoke with many tax and ERISA attorneys regarding a very complicated tax matter involving FTB, IRS, ERISA, and estate planning but none of them were able to help me. I called them about a surprise tax situation that I think is extremely unfair. Basically they charged me money because I had a professional license and even though I wasn't working they charged me tax as if I were working for those years! It wasn't really worth it for me to hire this company because of the cost and how much money they could save me, but they still spoke with me and gave me good advice. Mr. Malloy did my parents Estate Plan.
He prepared a complete trust package for them including a will and advance health care directive. We found him very easy and comfortable to work with. I was extremely very satisfied with the work that he did.
He even makes housecalls for elderly clients who find travel to his office difficult. Mr. Malloy works very well with older clients. He is very patient, listened to each of them carefully without rushing. It was so nice that he promptly returned our calls very quickly. He was ontop of every response to our emails with questions. I have been very pleased

Amazing amazing service! I talked to Marisol and she was a big help. I Just had a question regarding filing taxes for next year with my husband. Many people before brushed us off since there was really no money to charge us off one question but RJS didn't do that. Part attorney and part therapist, Chandara met with us face to face as much as needed and fumbled through tons of records to put together a submittable package. They explained our situation and reached a fair close to our audit.

I usually have the most difficult time filing my taxes, but RJS Law made the process less stressful for me. A few weeks ago, I was extremely frustrated with Covered California because I did not receive my 1095A form again. Then a friend suggested that I contact Chandara Diep for assistance with this issue. Professional and effective! After receiving notice of an IRS audit I quickly realized I needed help. I first met with Brad and Lauren who were knowledgeable and attentive as I explained my concerns. Allison later took the reins and was very blunt about the issues that could be questioned.
