I gave an honest review of Ms Charbonneau's mediation capabilities and since it was not a glowing review. The owner Greg claimed that that is not his law firm but it is the same number i have saved in my phone and the same number on Yelp that he is a the verified owner of.
They overcharged me @ 1000 dollars by charging more than 275 on three occasions to review the financial information of my ex wife and mine but when we pulled up the information to use it in mediation we found that it was either the wrong time period or irrelevant so we had to discontinue the meeting while she gathered the

I tried contacting this company for help. Read the reviews on what a great company it was. Said they offered free consultations. I engaged in an online chat which was forwarded to the legal department for review with a promise of a phone call when someone was available. But a few hours later all I got was a blow off email stating they could not help me a this time and wished me luck. This from a chat message online not even a phone call to talk to me. Very disheartening at how it was handled.

Jazmine is extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked me provide her with tons of information and when I called her back to follow since she "forgot" to call me back she told me she didn't remember our conversation from earlier in the day and that I would explain to her the entire situation all over again. Run for the hills, this was a very typical all bark no rights experience, except for the inners of our pocket book. Mr. Brown is the master of self promoting, taking money from clients and then having paralegals, and lower level personnel work on our case. I had high hopes for him, but after not receiving responses from him for several months, and be delegated to staff, I should not have been surprised that he had missed important discovery deadlines, and blew us off after he had been generously paid. Please beware that often times, and I am not insinuating this time, but often times attorneys

Greg Brown just helped me with a relatively complex business litigation case. He was very effective in analyzing accounting and financials involving multiple corporations.
