Located in Morgan hill downtown, parking is quite difficult to find. The employee working was nice and welcoming. Noise level is average. There weren't many people and the music isn't overwhelming. I ordered the
3 meat combo- tri tip, brisket, pork ribs. Mac&cheese and garlic bread (4/5): pretty good. All of the meat was really tender especially the brisket. It literally melted in your mouth.
Chicken salad (3/5): good. The large pieces of cheese and pecan made it a little awkward to eat. However, vegetables specifically the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber all paired nicely with the

There is nothing wrong with this restaurant but there's also nothing very good they have decent food but without drowning it in sauce it's quite bland, the prices are also quite high and the portions do not make up for the price. I ordered a brisket sandwich that ended up being so fatty it could not be eaten as a sandwich I had to dump out all the meat and eat with a fork and knife and even then it was still extremely chewy

The food was terrific, and the service was better. We came in way closer to closing than we should have, the hostess/server lady very very accommodating. Explained the situation, walked us through menu options she could still serve and told us what she didn't have time for. She made sure we were taken care of even though she was very busy, and whoever was cooking I'm the back worked magic.

This place is awesome. The meat and food is well prepared. The pricing is reasonable, but higher than some of the places I've been to. However, on the contrary, the portion is bigger and the quality is better. Furthermore, a meal here would mostly like take me a couple sittings to finish. Service and staff are top-notch here- fast and courteous.

Daughter was craving BBQ ribs on our way back home from Panoche. Found Trail Dust BBQ via Google search and decided to pull off 101 to give it a try. Glad we did. Ordered the full rack of ribs and sides -- potato salad, garlic bread and small salad. Got our order within 5 minutes of paying. Enjoyed the smoky flavored ribs upon arriving home. Very tasty and smoked to perfection! Will definitely return for more when down south again!

The service was very welcoming and friendly, but their food did come out pretty slow. We went around 630pm and the restaurant was probably around 60% full only. Thankfully, they still had the meat that we wanted when we placed our order because we sawa table left because they did not have the meat they wanted.

Found this gem on way to SJ airport, not being from area we relied on reviews and menu sounding good.
Awesome food, friendly staff and great service. Pulled pork was moist and the “hog wash” that accompanied it was a nice, different dipping sauce. The tri-tip was perfectly smoked and tender, not needing any BBQ sauce! Both were served as a sandwich on garlic bread roll. I’m craving more just writing this review, definitely will be going back.

What can I say, this rib sandwich is just so good!
- bread was soft and spongey with a slight crisp on the outside, sweet and slightly garlic buttery on the inside
- rib meat was medium tender, solid enough to hold in the soft sandwich yet super tasty
- mixed some of the house sauce with Dave's hot sauce and red pepper flakes, perfection of mouthwatering sweet juicy heat
Overall definitely worth a try if you're conveniently in the area!

Ok, I am torn here. Great meats but sides ruined the whole experience. There was a big sign saying "Ask about our Mac n cheese" or something like that. After I got my order and tried it, I definitely have a lot of questions to ask your chef. Take a look at the picture. You have to have sick imagination to call this substance Mac n Cheese. It was mushy, overcooked,pale as death, pasta product. Cheese sauce? There was not even a hint of cheese or whatever was used as cheese doesn't meet the definition of it. I would expect to get something like that in a facility run by infamous sheriff Arpaio.Please

Brisket was just very average sort of dry not really juicy like I expected. Service was weird like she had only one other table besides us but took forever to get the drink order and they were out of most of the beers . Food came out not too slow but we had to ask for the bbq sauce. Just very average. Had a higher expectations based on the reviews.

Great bbq that is NOT to smoky! Had the brisket sandwich & the meat melted in your mouth. The bun on the sandwich held nicely to the amount of meat & sauce that I put on it. Also like the fact there was not a lot of fat on the meat. Their bbq sauce has two options the spicy & mild bbq sauce. I combined them. I choose the house salad instead of the heavier options which was a nice accommodation. Also like the variety of music they play.

Over the past weekend , 6 of my friends and I ordered what I believe was called "the onion" family meal which included a ton of delicious food ! We had ribs and chicken , and a bunch of sides. The mac and cheese side was the favorite with the yummy white cheddar that tasted far better than most macs I have had.
We were all impressed with the quality of the food! (not fatty like some bbq meats can get).

Stopped by because my friends and I were craving some brisket! Lots of side street parking but once you get to the storefront there's just one window to order from. The line was about 5 parties deep but you could scan the QR code on the wall to check out the menu while you waited. Staff was really friendly and especially dog friendly which from a new puppy owner is a huge plus. For 5 hungry people we ordered 2lb of brisket, a family pack of ribs, TRI tip and hot links with a couple sides of Mac n cheese and potato salad. This. Was. A ton. Of. Food. But it was soooo good. Probably the most tender brisket I've ever had. The Mac and cheese is made with white cheddar, genius! The Cole slaw is light and a good complement.
There are two kinds of BBQ sauce, mild and spicy. I liked the mild.
My partner in crime had the pulled pork sandwich that looked small at first, bit was very filling. The spicy BBQ sauce with that was a hit! The beans were good, if they substituted the beans with brisket it would be awesome chili!
Service is super fast and friendly.

Took a long side trip to check out highly rated BBQ and our food could have been better. Details below:
Brisket: Got almost all bark that was a bit too salty, would have been better with more meat to bark ratio to cut some of the fat and saltiness. Did like this though and thought it tasted good.
Pulled pork: It was mixed in with the brisket, never seen a combo come with the meat mixed together like this. I did enjoy it mixed up but would have preferred it separated since the brisket is more overpowering and I would have loved to try the pork on its own.
Ribs: These were not good, they were
