I was in a car crash and worked with attorney Mason. It was a complicated situation with an uninsured driver and he helped me get my medical bills and vehicle paid for. Thanks again guys!! My husband and I were in a pretty bad car accident that ended up being the other persons fault. Her insurance tried settling with me several times before I even had all my medical bills. I decided to seek legal advice. Funk was awesome! They handled everything!!! Got way more money than I ever anticipated. My only complaint would be the law firm only pays the hospital bills for you not the countless other little bills that I now have to track down and pay myself. Funk & Associates recently helped me out on an accident I was involved in. I was hit by another driver and from the start the other driver's insurance was nothing but trouble and wouldn't even offer to pay for my ER bill. I was hesitant to go the lawyer route after my wreck however after talking with the insurance company I quickly found out that it would be a difficult process. I only had to go into the office once and that was to pick up my settlement check. For me that was huge as I had so many appointments/stress going on at the time of my wreck. What a great experience from the start. Spoke with Attorney Funk the day of my accident and from the beginning he and his office handled everything. They set me up with a chiropractor close by, spoke with the nagging insurance companies of the other parties involved and within 2 months I was walking out the door with my settlement. Attorney Mason was professional, responded to all questions I had and never missed a beat.
