Du Vo- is the best agent in the business. He should teach seminars on how to give Superb customer service. I have been with State Farm for over 2 decades and he is stellar to work with. I recently moved to Nashville with my husband and we were devastated to have to part ways with our favorite agent but in true fashion he left us in the hands of another SF agent Jennifer, who is amazing. I rarely write reviews, but I am compelled to share my experiences with Du Vo. Du has been our State Farm agent since 2018. With respect to the basics: courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness - he knocks it out of the park. Emails and phone calls are personally returned in a prompt manner and with accurate answers.
