Found the right place for us and our pups! Love Dr. Moss and her team. They have seen us through the loss of a couple dogs and two puppies and their thoughtfulness and care is evident always. I also appreciate that they see us promptly and are more reasonably priced than some of the other vets I've had over the years. They have earned our trust and our business!

I felt extremely disappointed after I took my dog in for a hearing examination. I was given a laundry list of care strategies that were in my opinion unrelated to the visit. I felt I was being nickel and dimed, and that they cared more about selling me on options that were not necessary, than demonstrating more of an immediate concern for my dog. The atmosphere from the staff in my opinion was very confrontational rather than solutions oriented. I was charged a boarding fee for my pet’s appointment drop off without being informed in advance when I scheduled the appointment. I asked the staff

My cat was sick. My usual vet was out of the office. Lucky for us FH Vet Hosp was able to accommodate us right away. The visit went smoothly, courteous, friendly staff, no long waiting, & I was treated with respect and professionally. Dr. Moss reviewed my cat’s history, completed an exam, and collected urine & blood (no easy task as my cat was being very grumpy). The vet called the next day to report lab results. She explained my cats condition, answered questions and gave me instructions for his care. My experience was positive and I would most definitely return.

I had scheduled an appointment for my dog who had been suffering from a sudden cough. My dog has always been healthy and I was really nervous bringing him to the vet on my own. We were taken to a exam room right away and didn't even wait 2 minutes until someone was in there asking us questions about what was going on and helping my dog and I feel at ease. The veterinarian was great. She was attentive. kind, and didn't suggest a billion things like many vets do that can be overwhelming. She was straightforward about what our options were and she seemed understanding of what treatment plan I agreed

I have been taking Dior to FHVH since he was a baby (now 9 months). He and I both love the staff there. They are so helpful and accommodating. Truly there for you and your pet. They do a great job explaining after every appointment but don’t talk down to you. I never feel stupid asking any questions I may have. 10/10 would recommend!

Over the years I have had 5 dogs that were and are always treated at Fountain Hills veterinary hospital. The care is excellent. Everyone has been so caring and kind when healthcare or medical advice was needed. They always get it right. I wouldn’t think of taking my pets anywhere else. They have my complete confidence and trust. You should trust them too.

Dr. Ross & Team are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient & gracious with their assistance with my 7 week old Rambunctious puppy 🐶
