Counseling is a journey of self-discovery. Through counseling, the client and therapist work together to explore the client's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe the goal of counseling is to uncover past and current wounds, identify the lies that we have believed based upon those hurts, and apply truth, thereby unveiling a renewed heart.
