The main chef, named Jesus, may as well be family, working for the Gutierrez family for nearly 12 years!

Services
Sizzling skillet served with your choice of chorizo (Mexican sausage) or mushrooms accompanied by tortillas. A bed of lettuce topped with bay shrimp, snow crab, scallops, onions, bell peppers and cheese. Served with your choice of dressing. Crispy flour tortilla shell filled with steak or chicken, sauteed with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers, topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and tomatoes.
The restaurant is large and can accommodate parties of any size. We were seated quickly and immediately served chips and salsa and our drink orders taken. The menu is quite extensive but the waiter was very good about answering our questions and making recommendations. I had the Celeya Special- Mexican rice topped with chicken, steak, shrimp, peppers, onions and cheese sauce (not the gross yellow kind, the Mexican kind).

If you don't want to work just go home! We had the lazy old lady who clearly didn't want to work! We ordered drinks and it over 5 mins for sweet tea and lemonade. We ordered cheese dip for my son and she didn't even bring it out until the food came out when we ordered it with our drinks at the beginning to dip our chips in. The lady NEVER checked on us the entire meal so I had to ask a gentleman to refill our drinks and get a spoon for my son. The food was fine but that lady ruined our dinner and just needs to quit if she doesn't want to work, I would have fired her if I was the boss. Sorry but

It was ok, friendly service, food was served fast, and hot, large portions, yet it lacked favor.
Our order was good, no senting it back to the kitchen, simply did not have the spice or heat I expect from Mexican food.
If you like your Mexican food mild, mellow, and run of the mill, this is the place for you. Still MUCH better than taco bell.
