Fusion House Restaurant

Order a pupu plater for take out and some gao chicken. I will say that my expectations were higher but the food was just ok. Rice needed a little more salt and it had too much vegetables and no pork and gao chicken could have been better.

I ordered from here tonight, on New Years Eve. Obviously this is a busy night, and mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. I ordered two orders of chicken fingers. I remember ordering them specifically because I asked how many were in each order, was told 8, and got two. I picked up my food and discovered the chicken fingers were missing. I called and was told they weren’t ordered. Clearly this was a mistake and they weren’t put in, but I absolutely ordered them. Been going to Fusion house for a long time. I always have major cravings for their sushi and crab Rangoon. We recently got the sweet potato roll and the Valentine roll (the Valentine roll is my ultimate favorite). The sweet potato roll did come out a little mushy which is don't love in a tempura, however the Valentine roll was great. Definitely a great spot for some takeout or a great bite to eat.

Maybe a little pricier than other restaurants of the same kind, but overall the quality was excellent.

Simply the best! We have been eating here forever, brought my Mom here for her birthday dinners many years in a row. Their sushi is incomparable. Our most recent order we got High Protein, Phoenix Maki, Elyse Special Maki, Summer Scallop Roll, and Unagi Avocado Maki. Everything was fresh and had incredible flavor. They have other delicious menu items such as their Shumai, General Gao, Edamame, House Special Fried Rice [insanely good], and so much more.

Usually it's excellent, both luncheon dishes we ordered were luke warm, my wife's salmon plate was very small and off on flavor, we will go back i know now days staffing has changed hopefully they read this and learn from it,

Ok, I have heard so often that Fusion has the best Chinese food. I have given it 4 chances, and I do not agree.
The Chicken in the Ginger Chicken was like rubber. The eggrolls have hot mustard in them.
The regular PuPu Platter items are ok, but far from the best I have had.
Their prices are on the high side.
They only offer combo platters during the week for lunch.

Chinese /Japanese menu. I tend to have the sushi, which is tasty. Maki rolls could be formed a but tighter but it's good. Staff is great and very friendly.

We ate there during the heat wave recently, and my daughter got sick as she was eating; not even 5 minutes after we left she vomited everywhere and was violently ill. We are now two days after, and she still has stomach discomfort and bowel issues-- she was diagnosed with salmonella. BE CAREFUL! I ordered differently than her and we didn't share so I was ok. I wouldn't eat there ever again. I am reporting to the board of health.

Update: my last post was to describe the early-covid days and how I felt very comfortable with the pick up process. A year later, the pick up process is still the same with the plastic barrier. They do however now also offer delivery and [I think?] dine-in experiences. Hoping they continue to survive as a business. Sushi is great- whole pieces of fish and not something thrown in a blender. House fried rice. Chow fun. Beef and broccoli. General tso's. Pupu platter.

We have been ordering from Fusion House once or twice a month for 15 years. Great food. Nice small dining room. Great drinks. Since the pandemic hit, they have only been doing pick up and delivery. Tonight, we decided we wanted their food. Their website quoted 65 minutes for delivery and 15 minutes for ick up. We ordered and I drove out to get it. I placed my order at 6:01. It took me 5 minutes to get there, so I waited a little in the car. At 6:22 I went to pick it up, and the food was not ready. I was asked to wait 10 minutes. I went to my car and waited. SO disappointed in you tonight. I understand it's New years eve but telling people to show up at a certain time you make them wait outside. I waited OUTSIDE for almost an hour and a half. Got a call on my cell saying my order was ready . I picked it immediately and I'm literally minutes from home and it was barely warm.

I heard so many good things about fusion House couldn't wait to try the mai tai was awesome. I got egg foo yong chicken wings and bone in ribs. All were Wayover cooked and very dry I will give it another shot I may have just stated that a bad time service was nice and friendly restaurant look clean

Never disappointments...our favorite Asian cuisine restaurant! Crab Rangoon, shrimp friend rice and ribs is our go to. My husband swears by their salmon dinner as well.

I really liked the fried Rice but I don't know what it's called. It didn't have soy sauce. Was white fried rice. Very good.

So beyond upset with the customer service I got today. I have been a faithful customer for so many years and I will never step food in that establishment again. For a $9.00 meal you lost a great customer. Please before ordering make sure you double check the menu and the Orange Chicken that anyplace else it is a sweet chicken is by far the most spicey chicken I ever had. Extremely sad.

Delicious! Services is great and speedy. Sushi is always fresh. Three must trys on menu are the crab rangoon, the spicy tuna appetizer(picture) and the winter roll.

Sub par customer service delivered with an attitude.

They have messed up our take out order twice, this last time forgetting to include the main dish. After driving home and calling to let them know, they denied and refused to deliver or make good on the missing food.

Decent food, terrible customer service/attitude. There are better choices in the area.

Went here last weekend with a group of people to celebrate my friends birthday. The space is small and has limited tables and We walked in with 8 people, no reservation at about 6pm on a Saturday evening. I was shocked how quickly they were able to accommodate us. We waited for about 15 minutes and the waitress took drink orders while we waited which was great.
I opted for wine but tried some sips of my friends cocktails and they were delicious but potent!
Ordering is a little confusing - you mark down which regular sushi and maki you want but then there is a menu with speciality maki and non

LOL - just called to place an order to celebrate something for my daughter and they refused to acknowledge the 'Sushi & Sashimi Combo' that was on their menu...on their website...that I was looking at while ordering. Oops!

Instead of trying to work something out- they argued with my wife for 5 minutes before we hung up. Shameful!

Shame what has happened to this place - beware! Check your receipts!

The chicken fried rice with extra bean sprouts is one of my favorites but I did not like the chicken on the stir fry is weird texture it's bland and chicken soggy and I just ate the veggies and left the chicken next time I will try the shrimp maybe that's better

My delivery order for Black pepper chicken and Szechuan spicy chicken was enough to make me realize that I should never ever order from this place.
What they claimed to be Szechuan, was something complete different, not to forget raw chicken.
Black pepper chicken was on similar notes.
My search for decent Chinese food in the area continues.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The service here, coming from the owner of this place, was RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner is cheap and does not care about their customer service. We came on a Monday evening and the place was empty. He was fighting and willing to lose customers over an $8 dish.

I came with a couple friends, one of whom does not eat noodles. He ordered a plate, and asked for the noodles to be substituted with rice. The server, who barely spoke English, said ok, but still brought back the noodle dish. So we tried to send it back with rice this time, she said

I got take out from Fusion House, and I will be definitely getting take out from Fusion House again!

I ordered Sweet Potato Maki ($5.25) and Avocado / Kappa (Cucumber) Maki ($4.50), and 10 minutes later, it was ready!

The Sweet Potato Maki was nice and warm, which is a great sign that it was actually made right then and there. It was not as crunchy as I would have liked it to be, but I still thought it was tasty nonetheless.

The Avocado Maki came with a GENEROUS amount of avocado, which I personally enjoy but might not be for everyone. The seaweed seemed a bit too chewy, but again, tasty nonetheless

I like coming to Fusion House mainly for lunch. Their combo plates are good - I usually get orange chicken, pork fried rice and crab rangoon. It comes with soup! Sushi is decent. Presentation of food is always fabulous. Decor is worth mentioning - they try to make it fancy. Service is usually good. Def worth checking out.
