Working with John Funk to purchase a home has been the best decision in ensuring I found the perfect place! As someone who has an inflexible work schedule, John was fantastic about going to visit potential homes and sending me videos and recommendations to decide whether they were worth going to see in person. This saved me TONS of time! John ALWAYS made himself available and I ALWAYS felt like a priority for him. I could not recommend John more.

Buying our home with John Funk was a 10 + from start to finish! From asking our "must-haves" in our new home to "how did you guys meet?" he really gets to know you well to find your perfect home..He was very accommodating with the showings during late evenings and weekends since my fiance and I both work late hours.

as my agent when buying a house. He was responsive both before and after the sale to any requests I had. At one point during the negotiation, I was concerned the seller and I might not reach agreement on terms and conditions.
