A Texas girl all her life, Lindsey moved from Houston to Dallas in 2005 to attend undergrad at Southern Methodist University. She graduated with a BA in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs as well as a minor in Spanish and loved the city of Dallas so much she decided to stay and start a career.

My friend’s friend recommended me to talk to Kaitlyn for apartment locating. And let me tell you, she works wonders! First let me say I had two weeks to find somewhere and move-in. She worked so fast to get me options around my budget and preferred area. It’s amazing how fast she worked with me knowing I had to move cities so fast! Not only did I sign somewhere that Kaitlyn found in my dream location but with the best price I could’ve gotten it for! Lindsey was amazing (for a lack of a better word). Very helpful and knew the dAllas areas very well. Talked me out of an area that I thought I would want to live in cause she listened to what I wanted and used her knowledge for valuable suggestions. Asked my top needs and drove to meet those needs . Responsive is an understatement and got me a great place at a great rate. Very recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn on finding my first ever apartment sans roommate. She made the process easy and fun. Kaitlyn was really easy to talk to and built a rapport right away. She really listened to my needs and also made suggestions based on what I liked. Her list was spot on and definitely made it hard for me to choose. I worked with Lindsey to find a house to rent. She was responsive and professional, and zeroed in on exactly what I was looking for. During the viewings Lindsey was punctual and had helpful comments. Despite the fact I had to cancel a rental at the last minute due to other circumstances, Lindsey was wholly professional and helpful. My highest recommendation!

I have worked with Lindsey for a number of years, while I was in undergrad at SMU and post-grad life in Dallas. She and her team are incredible to work with. They are quick to respond to your questions (via text, a phone call, or email) and are extremely familiar with the real estate market in the Dallas area. I use her team's help each time I move to a new apartment (almost every year at this point). I also have recommended her to various friends who are new to the Dallas area - they have nothing but great things to say! It is much less stressful to put the idea of moving into someone else's hands

I have worked with Lindsey multiple times over the past 3.5 years when apartment hunting. I've found her to be a very motivated and knowledgeable source within the Dallas real estate market.
