Oliver Stephens at Intown Properties went above and beyond in helping us find the right house in Dallas. My wife and Oliver communicated several times per day and as soon as something came on the market that fit what we were looking for, Oliver was there. Kristin Lashure (a male) was my apartment locator. He did no research beforehand just drove me around in silence and took me to a few places. He didn't even call any places ahead of time, we just showed up. We went to a few places that had no availability - why waste my time?? He had NO KNOWLEDGE of current rent promotions, new apartments that were opening, nothing. None of the apartment managers even knew him when we walked in. All he provided was a ride basically. Total waste of my time. He didn't ask any questions other than price point and location. I might as well have pulled some

After taking a job here in Dallas, I was faced with the realization that I had to lease a place before actually moving here. My fiance and I knew almost nothing about Dallas- including where to live or how much to pay. I was super skeptical when I saw the website for Intown Properties. Knowing little about leasing agents, I thought this may be a scam, or at least a big disappointment but instead it was one of the smartest things we did during the move. My husband and I had 3 days to find a home before we left for our destination wedding and 3 week honeymoon. We would have 5 days after we returned to Texas to move out of both of our apartments in Austin and into a place in Dallas. Fortunately, I called intown properties on a Sunday afternoon, and Christopher Hottel was the pleasant voice on the other end of the line. He said he could find 3-4 properties to take us to that day. We loved one of the downtown properties that was 950sqft and $950! He completely went out of his way to ensure an easy, stress free transaction. We plan to contact him again
