Following up on my last review, after receiving another bill for $300 because Lula's team could not figure out how to bill my insurance correctly. They made sure everything would be covered before my procedure and sent me out this collection letter months later. They said if I came into the office they could "help me with the payment". LOL they just wanted any amount of money they could get as possible after completely ruining my whole entire mouth. Just left my dentist appointment at Lula Tsegay dental office and I'm sooo satisfied. From the moment I walked into the very clean, cozy, nice smelling office to the welcoming front desk receptionist, to the friendly dental assistant and to the very awesome dentist Lula Tsegay. I felt fully taken care of and I love love love the amount of genuine kindness and hospitality I was shown. I've been hesitating to leave a negative review for about 6 months. I want to give a business the benefit of the doubt and give them an opportunity to fix things. I had a similar experience to the other reviewer (Presley). The dentist convinced me I should have all my silver fillings replaced. She did one whole side in one visit in less than 1.5 hours (if not 1 hour). First red flag. During the procedure the numbing started wearing off and the dentist nicked my tongue with one of the tools. I didn't say anything because I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Dr Tsegay is PHENOMENAL. And to top it off she has pulled together an equally magnificent team. The office is clean. The equipment is well kept. The service is top notch. Their skill is impeccable. BEST DENTIST AROUND with the kindest heart! I have known Dr. Tsegay for over 25 years and she is amazing. Anytime you walk into the office, the staff is wonderful, friendly and kind. The office space is in impeccable condition and everything is clean and organized. Dr. Tsegay is so personable and really cares about every patient she sees. Came to Dr.Tsegay as a new patient and I have not been to dentist in a really long time so I was nervous. Called to schedule an appointment and you can confirm your appointment through text (during Covid i find this extremely convenient because a lot of other places would call you instead).
Went in for my consultation, ALL THE LADIES in the office are super nice and helpful, it was my first time using dental insurance and they were really patient with me and explained to me how the treatment plan and the pricing would go. It was during Halloween so i got a dental goodie bag and a candy bag :

Dr. Tsegay, bar none, is the BEST and most caring dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Tsegay has been my dentist for many years, and I would never go to anyone else. She goes to extraordinary lengths to save teeth and is a fine example for other dentists. She is thorough, professional, and informative. She is definitely one of the best! She is highly recommended!

I came to fix cavities and a crown at Dr Tsegay based on the reviews, and I am happy I did, since I had previous issues with the crown done by another dentist. I came in Friday, February 8 with great pain and Doctor Tsegay and her expert staff did a wonderful job. My tooth was quickly and skillfully extracted and I would recommend her to others that need a skilled dentist. I have much more work to be done on my mouth, and now that I found this great dentist, I will be coming back to her to get that work done as well.

Dr. Tsegay is very friendly to me and my family. I’ve been with her for a very long time. I have never considered another dentist. She is so nice and you can tell that by her service , she really cares for the patient and their wellbeing. Her staff is also equally as kind and take the time to ask how the patients have been doing. The dentistry itself has a very welcoming atmosphere; it’s clean, spacious, and its machines are very hi-tech. I can guarantee that any newcomers will immediately feel very welcomed.

Came in on Friday morning with a missing front tooth from a work related accident and they did everything in there power to make sure I left with at least a temporary tooth.. the fact that they were working threw part of there lunch time just to make sure they had my bite impressions for the lab so that I could get it the same day means a lot to me.. honestly they are the most caring dentist I have ever had. Dr. Lula and her staff were amazing. Today was my second visit which is very odd for me. Are usually go to my one year check up and never come back for my recommendations because of how scared I am at the dentist. However, Dr. Lula was very kind and informative and made me feel very comfortable to be in her care so I scheduled my appointment. Today was the second of many more. Dr. Lula Tsegay is a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. She cares about her patients and goes beyond her expertise to insure that they are comfortable during any procedure; this in turn eases any anxiety one might have going to see a dentist. Also, her staff is conscientious and professional... making sure you are notified on your upcoming appointments and always friendly and caring. I am so very happy that after 68 yrs. I am a new patient after my dentist decided to become a heath inspector instead. My first observation is very CLEAN, medical instrument Up to Date, thirdly how knowledgeable Dr Tsagay and patent side manners are. After a couple of months Dr Tsagay does excellent work, fast and efficient. After a life time of dentists (11th) I Think she is one of the best Dentist I've ever gone to.

I absolutely love Dr. Tsegay and the staff at the office !! They are always very professional and friendly. They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The staff and Dr. Tsegay are always readily available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. It was super easy to call and make an appointment without any hassle. The office was SUPER CLEAN which is what you would want when going to see the dentist. I have referred many friends and family to Dr. Tsegay and will continue to do so. I have been going to Dr. Tsegay for more than 20 years and she has saved my teeth over and over when others had given up on me. I went in with bleeding swollen gums and she made my gums and teeth healthy again...no more bleeding! A welcoming office staff and of course warm lovely uber professional Lula Tsegay!

I am a new patient after my original dentist since I was a child retired it was kind of hard for me to locate a new dentist and plus I am picky. My orthodontist recommended me to come here due to the fact it's in the same building. I love everything about my visit. I came in for a x-ray so I can get my wisdom teeth removed. The front desk staff were very pleasant, helpful, and nice.
