I was welcomed for my scheduled cleaning on time by Shannon who efficiently recorded all
my pertinent health info. Sylvia, a skilled, experienced and friendly hygienist then carefully cleaned my teeth without any discomfort. Dr. Franson performed his usual thorough exam and then advised me of my future dental health concerns and recommended plans for prevention of dental disease. I left with cleaned and polished teeth in less then an hour. In the past, I have received equal, professional, caring service from doctor Stan's son, Dr. Dan Franson and hygienist daughter, Julie. This family dental practise

Dr. Dan and staff are a very kind and caring team. I can always look forward to a warm welcome and excellent work. Dr. Dan is gentle, explaining every step of the procedure as he moves through it. I had an older cavity (from a different dentist in Castro Valley) break on a Sunday afternoon, I debated calling my old dentist to have them work on it or find someone new. On Monday I called the nice people at Franson’s Family dentistry and was super impressed. First, they were able to fit me in at the end of my work day (didn’t have to miss work), haven’t had that happen before…they were up front with me about what the outcomes could possibly be so that I wasn’t caught by any surprises.
