Cancun Family Mexican Restaurant

Ever since moving into the area, this has become a regular spot for my family. Authentic Mexican food at incredibly reasonable rates. May I recommend the tortilla soup? It's fantastic. I also love a margarita...just be careful, the spicy-spicy drink will actually make your mouth burn. On a dessert note, the flan and churros are both excellent options and worth every calorie.

We have recently discovered and have been enjoying Cancun for the past 8 months. We have never been disappointed! Everything is delicious and fresh and the staff has always been pleasant and friendly! We recently got take out, and our order was missing one of the entrees. We called as it isn't very close to us, and they immediately had a driver deliver the dinner to us! I was actually amazed! Things happen, we completely understand that, but the way they rectified the situation was impeccable! Love this place! Have been coming here forever. Most recently, Ty, the bartender (and he was our waiter tonight also) made our dinner even more enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable about tequila (thank god because my boyfriend thinks Mezcal is a restaurant). He made our night so much more enjoyable with his sense of humor and personality. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been coming to your establishment for the past couple of years and absolutely love the atmosphere and food.

I've never had a bad experience until a couple weeks ago at the bar. Granted, I always sat at a table but decided to switch it up after a long day of work and with only one friend meeting me. Didn't want to take up a table as it was busy. I came in around 7pm and was able to get a spot immediately at the bar! It took the bartender over 30 minutes to get our order. FOOD: The salsa is excellent, plenty of cilantro which gave it nice flavor and the chips were fresh. The queso dip was hot, cheesy and the jalapeños gave it a nice bite. You can also get a non jalapeno version. Pork carnitas were excellent. Tacos and quesadilla were fresh and tasty. They had run out of avocado and their guacamole is not freshly made, but everything else was very good.

This restaurant keeps on getting better and better. Their menu is great with something Mexican for everyone and their Margaritas are excellent, especially if you choose a great tequila like Heradura Silver. Their complimentary chips and salsa is superb on both counts. House made light as a feather chip and delicious house made salsa. Tremendous. Always order the tableside-made guacamole, which they'll make for you for takeout, too. The best! I can't say anything negative about Cancun's food. Everything I've ordered has been great. Great first experience! Greeted immediately when arrived myself and 2 daughters told 15min wait but within in min seated but an extremely friendly woman Kelly her positive energy radiated. Our waitress Inse (spelling may be off) was very helpful with picky kids and making recommendations. Food was great ,service impeccable and margarita was perfectly made not sweet or artificial. I want to start with one word - VICTOR. I went here with my sister tonight and we were immediately greeted by Victor - nice, great energy, helpful. He got us sat immediately and made us feel right at home. His recommendations were on point and he was super personable. Honestly, he really made for a great dinner. To top it all off, the food is bomb. Guac, tacos, burritos, skinny margaritas.. it's all great. Do yourself a favor and head there to see Victor for a great night!

Dreary cold day.......Saw on the refrigerator a gift certificate from Cancun Mexican in Kingston. It has been there for a little while as I am NOT a fan of Mexican. My views have changed.

We got $50.00 worth of food, enough for an army. We have 2 meals left. I ordered chicken chi manage, beef burrito, nachos, a steak dish and most came with Spanish rice, guacamole , sour cream and refried.beans. Another dish that I cant pronounce, but baby it was superb!

We've been to Cancun several times in the past few weeks and we will continue to do so because the food is tasty and their drinks are delicious and their new outside area is great.

There was a 30 minute wait for outside dining last night but you are able to order a drink inside and sit outside while waiting for your table. Yes, I'm down with that. I keep ordering the same meal, the Carne Asada but last night I overheard the waitress talking about chicken wings. I said you have chicken wings and she said yes and they are excellent. Next time, we will be trying those for sure!!

Went last night to satisfy a pandemic induced Mexican food craving and had the best parking lot dining experience. These guys really have it all together. Socially distant picnic benches for families and smaller tables for couples. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and masked waitstaff. And management walking around greeting diners and making sure everything was okay.

Came here for dinner and enjoyed some DELICIOUS fish tacos on their new patio. The sauce was amazing - best fish tacos on the south shore. Our waitress, Tiffany, was a delight!! Very personable & friendly - great recommendations on the margaritas. 10/10 would recommend the frozen peach marg - the PERFECT frozen drink to enjoy on a summer day
