Best Friend Veterinary Hospital is proud to serve the Braselton, GA area for everything pet-related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Sue Mansour, who is a licensed, experienced Braselton veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Dr. Sue Mansour and her husband Cyrus are the owners of Best Friend Veterinary Hospital and Pet Lodge. They designed the facility to have a lodge look and feel so that clients and four-legged guests alike would be comfortable during their visit with us. A native of Massachusetts, Dr. Earick received her BS in Animal Science at The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests for appointments to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

I had a terrifying experience with my fur baby today! She got into something she wasn't supposed too and I panicked. I called my vet that we have used for about a year now that I haven't been to happy with anyway and they sent me to an emergency vet. I get to the emergency vet that they sent me too and it was closed. I called and place after place and no one would help. I knew that Best Friend was close to where I was so I just pulled I and went inside. I was explain my situation when Dr. Napier overheard. She immediately grabbed my dog and took her back. She took amazing care of her and reassured

I never share a review, but I just wanted to say this is the best place I’ve ever taken my pet. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years. They really do almost make it feel like a ‘best friend’ relationship. Everyone is so helpful, understanding, and comforting. I can tell they work really hard and I appreciate everything they’ve done for my dog and I so far more than they know. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and kind place to take their pets!

Jennifer at the front desk has HORRIBLE customer service skills. This has been addressed with the vet. It is very unfortunate that a person greeting people acts this way. Dr. NAPIER is one of the best vets I have ever seen for all of my babies anywhere in the state of Georgia. I totally recommend her but Jennifer needs a talking to!!

We have taken our dogs here for 2 years now and they are the best people around. When we had to put our old boy down they were so caring and everyone had the chopping onion eyes. They really do understand what you are going through and commit to making it as easy as possible for you. The compassion was incredible and so needed. They even make a paw print of your beloved family member for a keepsake. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I can't say enough good about this vet office. Every vet and tech I've spoken to is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hours and non emergency pricing have been a lifesaver for my troublemaker several times recently. I'm always impressed, the cat always recovers quickly, and I'm never taken advantage of. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.
