They came out to change the filters on my RO system. They did not have the filters to fit my system but told me how to order them and install them.

These guys came quickly in response to my after hours emergency. Sure, it costs extra to do that, but an emergency is an emergency right?! The repairman got the job done quickly, told me about upgrades I could get (without overselling me), and was just a friendly guy. I will be keeping this magnet on my fridge so I can call them first next time!

II would highly recommend! This is the second time for 1st American to come to my home. The first time was Oct. 2020, to repair my water heater and, they did an awesome job. The Second time Lance came out and was on time, very knowledgeable, and explained details about repairing my stop and waste valve and replacing a very old front spigot. I have been very pleased with the prompt, excellent, professional, and honest service they have provided both times and they will be the company I know I can trust to call come and take care of any problem I might have in the future. John was very personable and made be feel confident. Not only did he replace my water heater and connect it to my boiler. He also did some repairs on my boiler. This job took him longer than he expected but he worked late into the evening until everything was working properly. I'm very grateful.

These guys were amazing! We worked with Jon on getting our mini split ac unit hooked up. He was extremely helpful during the whole process and gave us tips on proper use and maintenance as well. He was very fair on pricing and provided an excellent service! We will definitely be back!

As a General contractor I hired 1st American to help me with a very unique project. Fantastic work. Blake is a Wiz. Very impressed, the owner came out to my project witch included several details. The lovely gentleman that came to fix our broken water heater were super professional! They were amazing if I had any questions they would answer them. They finished the job really quickly and had a lot of obstacles in their way but it looks amazing! Thank you! When was the last time your plumber fixed something for free? Until this week, my answer was never. Matt from 1st American showed up yesterday, though, fixed my problem in one minute, and said no charge. I'm still in shock. Another plumber I'd called had said it would be $150 just to show up. I know a service fee isn't uncommon, but to go from $150 to $0 is amazing. I can't promise you'll get the same deal I got, but it is safe to say you'll be treated fairly and honestly. Truly incredible.

100% HONEST and the best out of the Herriman/Riverton/South Salt Lake Valley!!!!! Our furnace on a day it was 25° F outside. I called at 7:30 AM and they said they'd be out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later, I got a text that they were on their way. That's prompt service. Matt showed up, and took care of us. The problem didn't end up being as bad we thought. It turned out to be very minor and he fixed it and left it at that. A+ service! Chuck fixed my 16 year old, neglected Carrier AC unit in no time and got my house cool again for $335. He was super personable, friendly, explanatory, and efficient. After filling the freon, he triple checked my furnace and AC with all kinds of diagnostic tools to make sure I won't have any issues with the hot summer ahead. I was stressed out about my sink leaking and call these guys and they were here within ours. Every other place I called had a 2-3 day waiting list. Once Matt arrived he was very professional and explained to me what was going on with my system. He even suggested ways I could do the work myself. We had 1st American Plumbing replace our water heater this month, and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Matt even pointed-out a few things that weren't up to code with the venting and gas lines and got us all fixed-up there, too. Just this week we had a home inspector come through since we are changing our home owners insurance, and he commented on what quality workmanship and materials he saw when he noted the water heater had recently been replaced. That was great, because his whole purpose there was to find stuff wrong that could be potential liabilities for the insurance
