Over 2 years ago, I decided to go to a dentist for the 1st time in my life. I've spent many years constantly covering my mouth or ducking my head to cover my mouth b/c I had an adult front tooth that ended up coming in and getting very twisted over time. I was so terrified the 1st time I entered the office that I was trembling nonstop even while I was just sitting in the chair waiting for Dr. Han to come over and start the consultation. He was very thorough in explaining what he was seeing and what could be done for each issue, laying out a preliminary treatment plan. The 1st big step involved

My first time as a new patient at this office, service was horrible. I wasn’t greeted and I was scheduled when everyone was on break. Not to mention the dentist himself rushed me out the chair without any treatment and no answers for anything. As we talked, his main focus was getting to his other patients and saying he didn’t have time to help me. He didn’t explain what was on the X-ray. I had no idea of what I was looking at. I do not recommend this Dentist office to anyone. I was forced to give them 1 star. They don’t deserve any.

This was the worst experience I have ever had this is the reason people hate going to the dentist office dr told me he could pull my wisdom tooth that was bothering me after he filed down the tooth he said he couldn't get the tooth out so I had a exposed tooth in my mouth and was pretty much told to kick rocks went to another office right after and the dentist said dr ham pretty much butchered my mouth and this is not the first time he has had to try and fix dr han's clients WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE

CAUTION!!!!! This practice is not in network with ANY insurance company. They mislead you by filing claims on your behalf but because they're not in network with ANY CARRIER they are actively balance billing you which translates into an excess of additional costs!!! This was never mentioned to me verbally but when I inquired about it I was told "Well you signed the papers". Not what I would consider having the best interest of the patient in mind and most certainly DECEPTIVE billing practices. I was preyed upon by this practice as they recommended thousands of dollars of treatment

I was very impressed with entire place. Lora, the receptionist was very nice and super friendly. Kelly was the Dental Hygienist and had a very nice friendly personality and was very accommodating. Dr. Han took me in on an emergency when my Bridge fell out . He was extremely patient and from what i gather so far, seems to be a perfectionist with his work. I was not rushed and he seemed Genuine in every way. My bridge was put back in perfectly after carefully removing all cement and felt better than it originally felt. I am planning on doing all my Dental stuff here because i got a good vibe and

Dr. Han is SO great! I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and he made me feel like I can trust him. He gave me some pointers on how to better reach all parts of my teeth to get them good and clean, he showed me techniques to floss better and completely explained every answer to every question that I asked. I need to have some work done and he explained why and how it would be accomplished. I am still uneasy about having the work done but that is because of me, not because of him at all. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment!

Disclosure... I am petrified of going to the dentist...... But..... not anymore. Dr Han and his staff turned this grownup around and made the experience delightful. Dr. Han and team became familiar with my fears before my first visit with them and made sure that I would be super comfortable. His professionalism and the people on his team is so evident and a welcome solution for me!

Dr Han and the rest of the staff are all very professional, polite and provide an excellent experience. Their waiting room is very clean and comfy (unfortunately I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes to enjoy the couch) They're very thorough with explaining what they will be doing and providing you with the next treatment plan. They ask for your feedback throughout your visit to make sure you're comfortable. I highly recommend giving them a try!
