As always, today's trip to have Laura clean my teeth, and to have Dr. Neidert weigh in on the health of my mouth was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. Gentle and compassionate, friendly and engaging. I was so at ease that I almost missed the fact that I need to have a crown made! So, back I go in 3 weeks. These folks make my dental care so much better than my experiences in the past!

Have been using Hawkins family dentistry for several years, they have been great with the whole family. They are doing especially well keeping everyone informed and safe during appointments in the pandemic, they are using several safety measures that matter like air filters and masks, and also several that are probably a good idea for dentists like mouthwash to kill germs before you start the cleaning. Their dental care and attention to the patient remain excellent.

I had a lot of work done and couldn't be happier. Intelligent and friendly staff are fantastic. They take their time to explain everything and don't rush you through a procedure. No anxiety about going to this practice. They really want what's best for you and what you are comfortable with. I only hope they don't grow too fast. It's a small practice but their equipment and techniques are up to date.

My family and I have been going to Hawkins Family Dentistry for years and each year we are more pleased with the service and their commitment to quality, efficiency and the customer experience. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. You never wait more than 10 minutes for your appointment before you are ushered to the back for your dental services. Tracy is the dental hygienist that helps my entire family out and she is so warm, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. I love that the staff checks in on one another to see if there is a need and they truly embody teamwork

Dr. Alexander Hawkins Family Practice has been my dentist since he began his practice here in Midlothian. He's a great guy and very gentle and considerate when doing his work. I have had fillings and several crowns done. All of his staff are also gentle and considerate. I will never go anywhere else for cleanings. The office itself is clean and well maintained. The staff keeps up on all the latest dental procedures. One day crowns are the best!

I've been to many dental practices in the Richmond area and this is one I'm willing to drive half an hour for. The place is clean and TV's aren't too loud.
These guys are honest and willing to work with you. The text alert reminders are helpful. Many of the staff volunteer at the free clinic (I forget which organization).

Just moved to Midlothian and had to find a new dentist (knowing I was due for a little work, too). So happy to find Gina Neidert at Hawkins Family Dentistry!! Friendly, gentle staff. Nice office. And Dr. Neidert was kind, warm, knowledgeable, professional, and conservative. I would highly recommend and so excited to bring my kids to her next. A+
