Wanna get scammed? Their staffs will try to charge you for things needing to be fixed when they managed your rental house, when in fact nothing is broken but they just want some extra money. Along with that the owner and Mrs Lily Tsai are one greedy people. They will even try to sell you pots or insurance and what not when showing you houses. They even tried to manipulate other people’s children into convincing their parents buying houses from them. AVOID!

Just wanted to say a little something about Danial, Robert and all the staff at CINO International. What a great team of people to have as our rental management company. Our family moved basically overnight out of Miami to Orlando for work. With in minutes of meeting them, we knew were in great hands. We spent three years in a beautiful home that Danial made sure if we had a problem, he had it fixed quickly. Always fair and honest about every interaction we had. We also found out very knowledgeable about the Florida rental laws. Important!!!! We made an offed to buy the home, but sad to say it

I have been renting a property from this company, or at least someone representing this company, for about 3 weeks now. Although the property is not in terrible condition the paint was done recklessly, sloppy at best. There was an incredible amount of dust just about every where, the screens in every room are busted and most of the windows don't stay up. The blinds to the sliding door are different sizes, some missing. And while I can't complain much on the condition the property was in when I moved in, because I accepted it the way it was, I will complain that the refrigerator and the dryer did

Cino international was my first rental house experience. They exceeded every expectation that I had and helped to make the lessor lessee relationship very easy. They were very straightforward and even willing to alter the some wording in the lease (within reason, of course). They were available and prompt for a pre lease walkthrough and never made any requests that seemed inappropriate or unreasonable. After ending my lease, we were able to get our full security deposit back, without jumping through hoops. I have since purchased my own house, but I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent
