I have been with Marti since 2004. I am a non-US national and have owned my US home for almost 15 years. In that time, owning my home, I have survived 2 hurricanes, the housing crisis and multiple issues with my property. Add to the fact I live overseas, therefore, I had to entrust somebody to take of my home, that person I found was in Marti.
How long are your contracts? Our contracts are written to span one year, but we give all our clients the right to terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. Our clients work with us because they're pleased with our service; not because they're obligated contractually. Sometimes the details are overwhelming.

Our rental home is managed and maintained by Marti Purdy Properties and we could not be more pleased.
We moved into a clean, freshly painted home and have had a wonderful experience. This group handles all lawn maintenance, and any issues that we've had ( a leaking faucet, stopped up drain, water heater problem)
were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The online portal makes it easy to report issues, and paying rent online is simple and safe.
That being said, Ms Purdy is quick to respond to phone calls and emails, providing a personal touch even in these stressful times.
