There are a lot of good things I can say about Amy, my property manager, but a couple I want to mention here are her care for my investment property and her diligence and patience in answering all my questions. It isn't too long since Amy took over the management of my property but we went through repairs, delinquencies and even eviction. Each time, Amy resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I know it is not easy to resolve issues like delinquency but Amy demonstrated she had the skills and professionalism to handle situations like this. In all these events, Amy was very patient in answering

All-County is amazing. I had and still am having a fantastic experience with them. I initially worked with Mr. Battle before taking on his new role as Vice General Manager; he was knowledgeable and highly accurate about my neighborhood before I moved in. I appreciate him for that. Now, Ms. Ramos is the property manager I work with; she has the same passion as Mr. Battle and is focused on keeping owners and tenants satisfied; I am satisfied with my experience with All-County.

The first month after our lease ended, my account was auto-drafted for our full past rent amount. I had autopay set up to pay the full balance (vs. having it set up to pay a flat fee), so they had to have put a balance I did not owe on my account for the system to take the money
After having to pay rent on my new place and a savings transfer, this unexpected rent charge caused my checking account to go negative, so the rent check was returned to me after a couple days. I incurred a $36 fee from my bank for the returned check, as well as

Scheduled a 10AM appointment to view a property. Arrived early and found the front gate closed. This company never provided a gate code. They also never provided a lockbox code for the front door key access. When attempting to call them while waiting outside of the gate, I was directed to a voicemail service both times. Time, fuel and toll money all wasted because of their incompetence.

Amy Cruz and the whole all county team has made my experience with them quite pleasant. I called every single day , multiple times per day because I was very excited about moving in to one of their property listings. Everyone answered or addressed every question or concern and made me feel informed. I have the busiest schedule in the world and they definitely went above and beyond. They accepted things last minute or via screen shot when I was unable to get to a computer.
