I have had and kept an apartment here because of my children residing in Rockford since before getting out of the military. And I can tell you that the negative reviews do not fit this place at all. It simply is the best apartment community in Rockford. And I say community because that is exactly what it is. It's safe, very well maintained, the maintenance as of May 2020, is the best it ever has been. The current manager and assistant manager go above and beyond in order to keep this community and it's residents safe, and satisfied in all aspects. They just installed a dog park, the pool is always

Have lived here almost 2 years now... overall good place to live. Rent is a little steep, but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages. I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week, but that issue seems to have been resolved... For what you get, its not an outlandish price, and its a pretty quiet complex and close to a lot of things.. Overall, they were really good to work with especially with all my schedule issues with move out and helping me get carpet cleaners

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Over a year the garage door was broken and they would not return calls made for work orders. Nothing was ever done in a timely fashion for any repairs made and they were constantly trying to screw me out of more money. Save your time and money. The management SUCKS. The one girl who worked in the office was sleeping with different tenants on work time.... Classy.

I lived for couple of years. Community is very good. Close to interstate, stores and banks. Their gym is very small with very old and partially working amenities.
However, the management is awful. I didn't realise till I moved to different place how bad the management is helping the tenant to close the account.Recently, management changed. I believe they don't know how to treat their tenants and I don't know how they think they can get over with the kind of customer service they are providing.
