How professional for them to reply to my old review from 3 years ago saying "I admit to having credit issues!" Doesn't everybody of some sort nowadays?! I have such bad credit issues though, that I have a house. I see other people here agree with me...and I got five thumbs up... and they have no "credit issues" you accuse me of having. Thanks for letting me post an even worse review now than I did before. I was way nicer back then. Solid professionalism.

Let me tell you about my experiences
My co worker (Caucasian)and i (African American)applied for these townhomes around the same time she was approved within two days. I was denied for no reason at all and i bring in more income then her and what is required. When i asked why i was denied Kylie stated it was at the owner’s request. I don’t have a criminal background it’s just my daughter and i, so you would think they would want to house a single parent with her child. Word of advise don’t waste your time or money.

In response to a recent negative review by Kyle McFadden, Shorewood Townhouse Apartments has been providing safe townhouse-style rentals for over 40 years. We work very hard to keep it a safe, well maintained property for those that live here. The person who wrote this review neither lives here nor came forward to formally complain to management about any event that resembles what he wrote. Our employees are respectful, long term employees. Shorewood Apartments management would never tolerate any employee behaving in a threatening manner towards a tenant.
