I lived at the arbors for 3 years.aAnd i absolutely have no complaints.When i did have a concern, it was quickly rwsolved.And the ladies in the office are AWESOME!!!I hated to leave,but curcomstances changed.I i was small quant homey home.I will miss it..and the ladies as well.Thank you everyone.Keep up the outstanding job.

The Arbors apartments are affordable, have parking, maintenance, laundry on-site, and are near all the stores and post offices near this area. I give them 4 stars, out of 5, took off one point because they don’t have/are missing a pool, which i think would’ve been a great place to do meet-and-greets with neighbors..., but other than that, it is a good place to live... oh, and pet-friendly too! I have been here about 4 years and give them a 4 stars rating!

I moved here in November. My whole experience wth the application process was great. Terra in the office was a wonderful help and made sure all went well. My apartment was very clean and updated nicely. My neighbors are friendly and I really have no complaints. I needed a couple things addressed and they had those things done the next day.

First off this is not located in Loves Park its in North West Rockford and not a good neighborhood. NONE of these apartments have EVER been renovated. My mother lived here for 15 years, 20 years ago (now I live here and not by choice) and nothing has changed! In fact, things have been downgraded. There used to be garbage disposals, where now there are none. There used to be two AC units because the apartment is large and needed it because one isn't enough. But, they've removed one of the AC units and now you're expected to cool your 974sq ft apartment with one unit designed to cool
