Tim has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has earned degrees in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Finance & Banking, Investment Science & Portfolio Management, and Commerical Real Estate Finance. Tim has worked in and around real estate for nearly his entire life.
Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time landlord, we can help you generate income while preserving your asset. We love real estate and we treat your property like its our own. We can take the stress out of leasing or managing your rental property. We have the experience and network of vendors to keep your property leased and maintenance costs down.
If you are interested in applying for one of our available properties, you will need to fill out an online rental application. Each adult that will be living at the property will need to fill out their own application. The fee to process an application is $25.00. You will also need to fax or email a recent paystub.
When you sign a lease with us you are required to have renter's insurance. Our insurance only covers the building where you live - not your belongings or your liability for accidents. If your possessions are stolen during a break-in or damaged by a fire or severe weather, a renters insurance policy can allow you to recover their value.
If your home is located within the city limits of Omaha, trash service is included in your rent. If your home is in an SID or outside the city limits, its possible that you will have to contract for trash service on your own. Refer to your lease package for details. This company is very reliable and we love the place has been renting out from them now. Especially, the owner Tim is wonderful to work with. One of the best things about living here has definitely been how quick management is to fix something that is a problem. If we ever needed something fixed(which is rare), it would be done soon. We don't have any major issues with this house itself. We honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place and this company. Highly recommended.

Cambiar Real Estate Group has been managing my property for me for over the last 10 years, and have been a such a wonderful and professional company to deal with. They carefully screen prospective tenants and do a wonderful job of maintenance, staying on top of whatever needs to be replaced or repaired. The team at Cambiar is as good as it gets! I have been working with Tim (as our property manager) for over 10 years and he continues to take amazing care of our property, even when we have been out of the country. Cambiar Real Estate group has treated us very well throughout the term of our lease. Rent payments are a very easy and streamlined process that is all done online. All service requests were made within a day of them being submitted. Tim (property mgr) even came out and repaired our air conditioner late one summer night after we had accidentally broke some wires while weed eating free of charge!

The duplex I am currently living in is the appropriate price for the quality of the home. Tim is very quick to come out to the property if there are any troubles with the home. Additionally, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe which I appreciate. I have enjoyed my time at this property and I would recommend this company to a lot of my friends!
