Services
We offer a range of both Skilled and Non-Skilled Services, each designed and customized to clients needs. Our Case Managers are trained to evaluate each client's needs. They will carefully design a care plan that takes into consideration the living conditions, budget and other preferences. Our in-take specialists are trained to help you sort out the myriad of options.
As the life expectancy edges up, the level of care needed for those in the latter stages of life increases. A 90-year old person requires much more care than a 60-year old person. Due to improvements in technology, patients are being discharged from hospitals sooner. The expectation is that these people will recover at home under the care of a nurse or therapist.
We notify physicians when there is a change in client status to ensure that the client receives appropriate medical management. When needed, we accompany clients to medical appointments so that medical issues are addressed and that the family understands what has occurred during the visit as well as treatment options and care plans.
Lee Silverman's Voice Treatment (LSVT) is an advanced, evidenced-based and intensive speech therapy (LSVT Loud) and physical/occupational therapy (LSVT Big) program. This program has a vast amount of research to support improved speech and physical function for people who have Parkinson Disease and other neurological disorders.
We offer excellent post-orthopedic rehabilitation for total joint replacements and other orthopedic surgeries. Due to the size of our physical therapy staff we can offer seven days weekly if needed for any patient. Our therapists are experienced, they follow research trends and are excellent motivators to maximize outcomes for our patients.
