Services
St. Mary Health Care Center, located in the heart of downtown Worcester, offers a caring community for our residents. Our reason for the existence of this center is to promote the vision, compassion and legacy of St. Marguerite d'Youville. Our staff understands the importance of embracing this legacy and gives meaning and purpose to this ministry of caring for the sick, frail and often the very poor elderly.
St. Mary Health Care Center has been a long-trusted provider of senior care services to the residents of Greater Worcester. We live our mission of service through community outreach projects and collaborating with other organizations. We work closely with students and faculty from nearby College of the Holy Cross on community projects and outreach.
Welcome - whether you will be staying with us for a short respite, for rehabilitative therapies, a specialty program or for long-term care services, we are pleased you have chosen to place your trust in us. Our compassionate team of caregivers and providers will provide holistic healing and well-being for you and your family, too!
We are a 24-hour staffed facility. Family members are welcome to visit their loved ones at their choosing while respecting the privacy of other residents. Just be sure to sign the guest book at the front desk. Family and friends are welcome to visit our residents at any time that is convenient. That being said, the safety and experience of our residents is our highest priority.
With values rooted in the Roman Catholic Church, we welcome and respect all faith traditions, customs and practices. Our Spiritual Care Team is available to you at any time, and we strive to facilitate ways for you to remain in touch with the congregation of faith which are a crucial part of one's identity.

Horrible place … Please do not send your precious family member here !
Our family member was place here by the hospital because they were the only place, that had a bed available.
While being there our mother as assaulted by another resident. Her cell phone went missing and a family heirloom necklace want missing… no-one was accountable for. No clear answer! Even try blame on our mother and the other residents for the issues… She has raw skin my her bum for the results of not being changed frequently.
She was still able to feed herself and due a little walking with the help of walker.

Great place to work.i was hired as a cna in February 2008.i went to nursing school and obtain an LPN license in 2015 .
I have worked here for 10 good years.
Facility has a home environment .
Administrative staff very understanding.
Residents are well cared for and loved.
We are one big family.
Great teamwork.
Highly recommended.
