At Lifegate Preschool in Omaha, Nebraska we partner with families to provide a quality, Christ-centered education!. Our mission is to value and love our students while teaching them the necessary skills for kindergarten. Enclosed preschool area that includes three large, creative, engaging rooms, complete with age-appropriate equipment.
All classes have 22 kids or less, and students are broken into much smaller groups for a good portion of their day. We have a secured entrance separate from the rest of the building and carefully monitor traffic in and out of the preschool area of the building. Services
Children arrive and are greeted warmly by their teachers. We begin our day with prayer, a greeting song, which sings each child's name and encourages the other children to sing along so that they will learn their classmate's names. Children create a project, they may learn to follow directions by assembling something or be able to have free flowing art that is fully their creation.
We also offer field trips throughout the year to places in the Omaha, Nebraska area.like a kids gym, a pumpkin patch and a dance studio. Gifford Farm is one of our yearly in-house field trips and brings animals for the children to learn about. I love the relationships that are built with the children.
The Lifegate Preschool facility offers three large rooms, complete with age-appropriate equipment, along with an outdoor play area. They may learn to follow directions by assembling something and have freedom to use their imagination and create their own masterpiece. Revolving learning center that changes every 3-4 weeks (Farm, Doctor's Office, Grocery Store, Carpenter Shop, Beauty Salon, Post Office, etc.)
Did you know that you can place your child in preschool anytime throughout the school year? Many parents think that children can only be registered for preschool at the beginning of the fall or spring semester. Although it benefits children to experience the entire school curriculum, children may join a class any time during the school year and feel welcomed (as long as space is available in that class).
