I will admit that I definitely wanted to eat some seafood and I'm staying in the hotel so it was very convenient for me. I will start off my review and some of the other folks did the service albeit I wasn't in there very long was great no it was outstanding. As I was waiting on my food I peeked out to the patio and I was sorry that I was too tired to go and eat in house but that patio is outstanding!!!
So on to the food the crab cakes were very tasty and the crab was fresh crab, there were reasonably sized for the price. But that sauce on the side DANG it was very tasty tasty like

3 stars only because the food was very good. Service was abysmal. Sign says theyre short staffed, which is understandable and we took it into account when visiting. But we entered as the only 2 in the restaurant and service started fine. But 2 groups entered after us and we sat waiting for our check for 36 minutes. The server kept her back to us as she prioritized the 2 other tables and basically avoided us at all costs. Just because a party of 5 is there, shouldn't mean we have to wait so long just to leave. Will probably not return, which is a shame because the food was phenomenal.

Okay, this isn't going to be your standard review. Just to get the basics out of the way, they have a very diverse menu, and all the food is good. They have a full bar, and a decent wine and beer list. The reason for the five stars is for their fabulous customer service. We continue to have major reservations about dining inside; B-Town has a large, well-ventilated and heated patio with three fire pits which we took advantage of twice recently, and both experiences were great. Recently about a dozen members of our wine group gathered there for lunch, and they quickly rearranged all the furniture

We ate here as we were staying in the hotel and couldn't get in at the Oyster Bar on State St. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp and Parmesan Truffle Fried and oh my word it was beautifully presented and deliciously delectable! The Pinot Grigio was divine and perfectly matched my appi dinner. Two in our group ordered the Halibut Rissoto and omg the fish melted in our mouths! The Server we had was most conscientious of our time as we had a show we were going to at The Underground which was set to 7 P.M. Sharp! We found this place from a quick Google search and we loved it so much we tried it twice... The first time was great service and food, good times. The second time not so much, Food was great server was great when we got one. But we had to wait to get seated and it wasn't busy no one said anything.
Than we get to the table and probably waited another 5to10 minutes before we get water or a menu.
So, I'm not sure if it's just everyone getting back into the swing of things after being slow and closed or they didn't care for us🤔.
Needless to say we'll be back to try this again, people have off

Friendly and accommodating staff and a very safe environment with lots of airflow but also lots of heaters. I had the calamari and was full and satisfied with enough to take home for another treat later! I had a wonderful martini and it was just great to be out among other people but still feeling so safe!

My husband and I came for dinner during our stay last weekend at the hotel. The restaurant looks newly remodeled and it is such a bummer that the inside is closed because of COVID. The patio outside though is fantastic! They have plenty of seating with nice fire pits, big TVs and ceiling heaters. They even had fresh clean blankets which definitely helped me stay warm.
We went for a later dinner and had to wait for a table to open up. Most people were hanging out watching the playoff games but that was ok.
The patio was full and only one server for the whole area. The hostess I think helped

After a long day of hiking I called the restaurant to make a dinner reservation between 8.15 and 8.30pm. The girl who answered the phone said they weren’t too busy so a reservation wasn’t necessary but she… looked forward to seeing me soon. I got to the restaurant at 8.25 and the girl I spoke with shortly prior to arriving said they had just closed the kitchen. I asked why they had closed when we had just spoken about an 8.15-8.30 arrival. Her response was, “Well I don’t know but we are closed, ok?” She had an absolutely terrible attitude. I’d never spend

This was our second visit to B-Town, which is in the Sheraton Hotel, although the heated patio is set up so well you wouldn't realise you're on the edge of a hotel parking lot.
The staff who greeted us were very efficient and pleasant. Menus given and drinks order taken pronto. You could see the manager walking around and checking on things, which was nice to see.
We were invited to the Yelp Elite night. The patio was warm and welcoming with plenty of comfy seats. There were TVs if you wanted to watch a game or had kids with you. You certainly didn't need a coat on this late October
