Shogun Hibachi Steakhouse

Went there today for lunch watch a cook take his ungloved hand and scoop a sauce out of a bucket then a other cook take a pourer and fill a cup with it after she took her hand to clean off the outside of it
Hope I don't get sick, will call the dept of health

It was our first time there and we had a big group. 2 adults, 4 big kids, and 2 babies. Everything was great! The staff, the experience, the food. It was all amazing!

Pretty good food. Wait staff a bit too preoccupied talking to each other tho and slow to come to tables and customers

Everything you're expecting. Food is fine, wait staff is kind, they accept "no" when you don't want zucchini tossed towards your face. The music is L.O.U.D

I've been here quite a few times. The sushi and sit down section is good but when I go to the hibachi table it's always underwhelming. The food is okay but the "entertainment" is somewhat lacking and I feel you're paying a slight premium for it. I would rather just have the food at that point. They've messed up my takeout orders a few times as well.
I'm leaving my original review up, but I'm adding an addendum. The last two times I got takeout something was forgotten. The first time I caught it but the second time my husband ordered and I picked it up - and they forgot one of our sushi plates

Sushi was really tasty, and seemed fairly priced and portioned well. Drinks were a fair price. We tried the Specialty board items thinking it was sushi and it turned out to be stuff jalopeno appetizer (maybe our mistake but the info on the Specialty board made us believe it was sushi,, and when we asked our waitress about it she just read the board back to us, both could have been more clear) we tried Yaki udon noodles to go and it came with a side of miso which was lacking all ingredients (no onion, or mushroom) but the noodles were flavorful and an okay portion size. Hibachi chef was fun, steak was great, and the sushi was both tasty and beautifully presented. Would definitely stop by here again.

I had high hopes for this place. The food was okay, but the food isn't the problem. Our waitress was. I was planning on giving her a 25% tip on our bill, in cash. I gave her my card and she came back with our receipt. I set the tip as zero because I was going to tip her in CASH (as was the person I was with). She opened my book with the receipt and told me that I "forgot to tip her." I told her I had cash. I thought it was a little rude but I let it slide. Allow me to preface this by saying that my friend wanted an even charge on his card, but was also planning on giving her cash

The soup and salad were excellent, ginger dressing is outstanding. My shrimp was cooked excellent but wish it had less garlic, chicken them same in both ways. The rice and noodle also very good. I recommend them!

This is the only Hibachi place I've been to. Everytime the food is amazing. It's a wonderful place to gather with family and friends. I've always had a great time coming here.

The highlight is when the cooks do "funny" things with the "saki" in your mouth. They see how long you can go. They do make it enjoyable and the food is absolutely amazing. I recommend this location.

My significant other and I dined at Shogun twice during our visit to Farmington PA. The ambiance is nice, wood floors, with streamline décor. During both visits we were seated quickly at a grill.

On the first visit, my significant other ordered a combination of steak and salmon. I ordered chicken. The portions are ample and the food was good.

On the second visit, my significant other ordered a combination of steak and salmon. I ordered scallops.

Sushi is delicious! Crabmeat lover roll is my favorite. It is a little pricey but it is definitely the best sushi place in Uniontown.

Rather cool traditional grill acrobatics with food stunts mixed with good humor. The food is fantastic done right in front of you. Awesome friendly staff, fast & thorough service, clean, reasonable prices, plenty of parking, great atmosphere, & easily located. When I go back, I'll try the sushi.

Didn't have any issue with this place - other than it is located within a dying mall. Came here on New Years Day when apparently the rest of the town that isn't a chain is closed up.

Walked in and immediately was sat at a hibachi table. Ordered some drinks and a combo meal, adding a sushi roll which was a crab lovers roll.

The hibachi comes with soup AND salad, yet we only got a soup. Ok? The sushi roll was ok. For whatever reason they didn't have a Philly roll on the menu. Ok?

Unexpected quality from a small town Asian restaurant. Nice flavor on the orange beef without syrupy sauce or cloying sweetness. Fresh sushi rolls and good taste in the tempura shrimp. And open on New Year’s Day!

Food was good but the show it's self was not the same it Lacked something. I've been to other hibachi restaurants and by far this one nearly the bottom . The reason is the price compared to the other isn't the same I willnt be back

It's become tradition for our family to dine here around Thanksgiving. We love the hibachi! I got the filet mignon and chicken. They start you out with salad, soup, and veggie and shrimp appetizers. The chefs were very entertaining and did cool tricks. We'll be back!

We love this place. Just love it. You get seated near immediately, the only wait is if you have too few to fill a section (8 people). Ordering is difficult, simply because there is so much great food to try. You have soup & salad and then the show.

These chefs are hilarious and talented. Every time we go the food is cooked exactly as it should be, the shellfish always kept & cooked safely away from the rest.

You get a substantial amount of food for your money. It is our standard for birthday dinners in our family. Just the best time.

While it is a bit pricey, it is well worth it

It's dinner with a show. I love it. I love the chefs and how the tie their personalities in with how they prepare your meal. The atmosphere is fun and entertaining. I love how you end up conversing with everyone at the table just because you're having fun.

I love the selection of food and drinks. The ginger dressing is amazing. I love the hibachi chicken. The sauces that you get are delicious. I've never had a bad experience here.

Went here on a Wednesday night and basically had the place to ourselves. We decided to just sat at a table, not at the grill. Our waitress was super friendly. The service was almost too fast. She was bringing out food before we finished what we had in front of us. I know that may sound stupid, but the table gets cluttered and stuff can get cold that way.

Anyway, we ordered some sushi to start. It was good. We ordered off the Hibachi menu as well. I got steak and shrimp. My coworker got steak and scallops. Both with fried rice. The soup and salad that came with the meal were good...normal par
