Stu and his team (Janet, Tiffany, Natalie, and Ali) were very good to me and made me feel really comfortable. Whenever I had a question, there was careful thought put into every answer and they always responded quickly. Due to all of my treatments, (I have had 6 different surgeries and major complications), it was hard to keep track of my medical history. Stu and the firm help me get and organize all the documents required for my case. They knew more about my medical history than I did. My case settled and I was happy with the amount. The firm handled my Stryker hip recall settlement. From day1 to when I received my funds I was kept informed every step of the way. The process was very transparent and open. I was always encouraged to call to check the status, but I never had to as I was always updated by them.

If I didn't already have an attorney for 5 years, I would have gone with Mr. Talley's group.
His updates are helpful in knowing SOMETHING is actually being done. This is BIG business for J&J but personal to us; the plaintiffs.
I believe that good will win over bad, as I had 2 replacements and 3 revisions. I still have pain but have to live with it because of the problem with abuse of narcotics.
After all this time, I have lost a lot of faith. The legal system is such a disappointment to me. This should not be allowed to continue but as long as Dupuy can push it out they will and with absolutely
