We specialize in one to one training and focus on the areas of your body that need the most attention. We also try to correct any muscular imbalances you may have. We will do a full body composition and figure out where you are strong at and where you are weak along with Diet and Nutrition advice to optimize your health.
We will customize your workouts based on your body assessments. Our trainers will do intensity and progression exercises to build muscle. We will work on your stabilization, strength and endurance. We will also do Power exercises and plyometrical training with varying intensities. In between our sets and reps we will do calisthenics, train with light weights, resistance bands, and proprioceptive training.

This is a small studio type gym/fitness center. Definitely not what you’d expect from gym when you walk in, but it has so much to offer. Well kept, great location, small friend staff. I love that there aren’t any “onlookers” but everyone on the floor is putting in some work with a personal trainer or during a group class. Great place and much better feel than a “big box” gym.

Started training at Intensity Fitness about a year ago. I'd tried a couple of different traditional gyms with no success. Then I met coach Sid. WOW! He was the first personal trainer I've ever had that motivated me to commit to my health. Coach Sid has such an Amazing energy and vibe, it makes you give him your very best. Intensity Fitness is the truth! My first personal training experience and I'm glad it started here with Sid. I'm about 3 weeks in and I feel very comfortable with my fitness level (not embarrassed when I have to stop) and encouraged to push harder. I've noticed my personally growth in endurance from day one up to now. I have attended the group sessions but mainly go for personal training; I would recommend both. The atmosphere is cool, music is good and just to note if you have questions about techniques or anything pertaining to your fitness needs; Sid is more than willing to help. All you have
