I moved here Oct. 2021. I really needed a place to stay and Destiny was really nice and so helpful. Ashley and I believe Vanessa was helpful as well. However, i still feel, for the monthly payments made, we should see better quality in everything. They show that nice model apt but its nothing like your actual unit you're moving in😒

Do not recommend! You pay for things that don’t even get done 75-90% of the time, like The pest control and the valet trash. I had a leak sense I moved in and supposedly they come to fix it and I still have the same leak witch is rotten the counter in the bathroom. You are better off renting a house. I had small roach problem sense I moved I notified them and only ones got the pets control come when I moved in. I tried different solutions but they do not go away.

It’s horrible how they would try to rent out a roach infested apartment collect the first months rent and the deposit and still expect someone to move in with roaches!!!!!!! These people think because they painted and put new carpet it would keep the roaches away ??!! Disgusting! And all they do is give you the runaround when it comes to a refund or terminating the lease

Fountains of Rosenberg Apartments has been home to me for 2 wonderful years. I love their floor plan options. I was able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath and opt out of a balcony for bigger bedroom space. This was perfect for my family, especially during COVID when we had to have a full office setup right there in the bedroom with a complete kingsize bedroom set plus a crib. Ashley, Vanessa and Herna were so polite and always helpful. Ashley and Vanessa ensured we had a safe kid friendly environment and Herna took care of the repairs when needed, these 3 have been professional and treated us like family

I had a mixed experience during my time at the Fountains. Everything was great until about 6 months in. My neighbors were obnoxiously loud at all hours of the night, the cops were constantly being called out due to domestic disturbances, car tires were being slashed, and there was a horrendous roach problem in my unit. Pest control was coming just about every 2-3 weeks and even then, the issue wasn’t solved. It was absolutely disgusting to have to live that way after numerous complaints. The community was well kept, never had any issues with management.... Ashley was always so nice and quick to respond to any complaint I had. The maintenance staff was respectful.. Valet trash is horrible and a waste of $25.00 a month since they rarely picked up trash, but overall my time here was peaceful!

They are rude and no one ever fixed any problems my apartment had I had a water leak from day one and my husband had to fix it himself walls were not painted when I moved in to the unit when you call no one will answer they have gates to try and make us think we are “safe” but they never work and the pool is nasty makes you feel dirty and there is never any parking and they will try and get your stuff towed if you don’t park in a parking space cars have gotten stolen or tapered with because you have to park 2 miles away from your car apartment staff is very overwhelming they never
