I'm Amy, owner of Amy Evert Fitness. I'm a wife and mom. I began struggling with disordered eating as a teenager, after having my children this became worse. This is easy to hide when you're a busy mom. When they became a little older, I also began attending my first fitness classes. As my love for fitness began to grow, I wanted to learn more.
Structured, functional training designed to teach children the importance of exercise. Building children's ability to control their body in open space. Youth Training strengthens their muscles, their bones, their joints, and improves confidence. One on one coaching is ideal for you if you need a more personal approach to your training, mindset and nutrition.
This total body class is designed to strengthen your entire body and improve your endurance. This class includes strength, cardio, and core training for a total body workout. This is a total body class focusing on the glutes, back and yes, the ABS! We will work to strengthen your core, improve posture, decrease risk of injury and increase balance.
Research in nutrition and fitness shows that up to 80% of a person's fitness training results are directly related to their nutrition or lack thereof. The fact is that we eat too much overall, we eat not enough of the nutrient-dense foods, and we move too little! That is not a good combination!
Start with the basics of good sound nutrition practices: like drinking lots of water, increasing vegetable and fruit consumption, eat only whole grains and foods, and increase protein intake.We help you develop an eating program that you can easily implement for the rest of your life. It's all about options, balance, and what works for you.

I met Amy at a fitness camp in 2019. I felt an instant connection with her and began following her on social media. After seeing countless posts that really spoke to me, I finally made the decision to commit to her program. I have now been working out with Amy for 6 months and it was the best decision I have made! I am so pleased with my experience. I live in another state and am able to workout with Amy several days a week via zoom. I love the fact that I don't have to go into a gym - I can workout from home and still get a good experience and the attention I need from my trainer.

I joined Amy Evert Fitness 3 months ago and I have lost just over 30 lbs. I have gone from 3 to 7 classes a week plus weekly nutrition consultations. To this day, the other gyms I called in Georgetown have not returned my call. Joining AEF is such a unique experience. In addition to group classes, you can join virtually or have 1-1 in person sessions. There is a culture about AEF that is unexplainable... you can't find this just anywhere. How many places can you go where there are multiple clients who have lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off for more than a year? Amy is the perfect mix of tough
