Wonderful fresh sushi and soup! I got my lunch set and everything is fresh, tasty, and good looking.

Sushi was good. I'm vegetarian but the sweet potato tempura roll was great. Prices are also what you would expect 12.50 for 3 rolls. The service was great. The server took care of us well. They also made the food quickly. My only gripe is that the sushi itself is thin and pretty small. The portion sizes aren't that big even compared to other places I have been to. Quality is good though.

You should definitely try Fusha! The menu has bento boxes, dinners, soup, etc., but we usually get sushi rolls - St. Patrick is my favorite, I order 2 and save one for breakfast the next morning. They have no problem using brown rice, instead of white, in our rolls. Dining inside is very comfortable and there is a liquor store right across the street!!

Saw Fusha on yelp and decided to give it a try. Kind of plain inside. No TV, was hoping to catch some of field of dream game while eating. I like sashimi so tried the salmon, tuna and yellowtail. All 3 were fresh. The tuna was deep red. Had the orchid roll, very good! The only downside was no beer or alcohol, otherwise a very good sushi meal.

We got delivery and everything was phenomenal. The sashimi and nigiri were the freshest we've had, the blend of flavors in the 2 thumbs up roll was perfect, and the tuna tartare with tobiko was so good it made me want to cry

Good sushi, nice environment. Priced well. Caned sodas. Sushi was fresh. Will definitely go back.

Delicious sushi. Everything tasted fresh! We went on July 4th weekend and there was only one waitress working. Although she was very busy the service was very good

I ordered here for the first time and thought the food was relatively average.

The one thing I did like was the ratio of rice to fish. They gave us a good balance of fish in every roll. But if the fish was fresher I would of enjoyed it more. I got the salmon avocado roll, the spicy scallop roll, the avocado roll, and the California roll.

The avocado roll was poorly seasoned, the salmon did not seem fresh, and the scallop roll did not have any spicy Mayo or Sriracha like they normally do.

I didn't have their specialty rolls so I am not sure if those will be any different but I most likely

This is one of my go to spots. The crazy Friday roll is amazing. Also I usually get the grand mariner prawns (the sauce looks strange but tastes amazing). The staff is always nice and they have very safe contactless pick up since covid, but I miss eating in where it's BYOB

Overall it's a good sushi place in the area. Delivery was on time and quality was good. We are vegetarians so can speak only for the vegetarian options. All rolls we got were made well.

I dream about their food. I live in rural NJ and when I visit my friend in Metuchen I feast on the shrimp in creamy mango sauce. You cannot go wrong with anything you order from this place. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Amazing sushi. I've been a customer here for a few years (2-3) and this is the best sushi in town. Super fresh and large portions.

Called in for my order on a Monday night, I only had to wait 20 minutes about afterwards.
I ordered 3 items: Philly roll, spring breeze roll and sushi pizza.
Philly roll was solid. Good chunk of fish and cream cheese together.
Spring breeze was so good! It was a little sweet because of a glaze on top of the roll. And everything inside went well with the dish.

Thought this place was really average. Place is very covid friendly. Only takeout is available and there is a barrier between you and the workers. Sushi was ok. I was disappointed by the spider roll. The rock shrimp however was really good.

Had a sushi craving (which happens pretty often) and I found Fusha because it was on the way home from running errands. We ordered for pick up via Seamless at around 5 on a Saturday and the quoted wait time was 20-30 minutes.
I had the Sushi and Sashimi for 1 (8 pieces sushi - 2 each of salmon, tuna, white tuna, and yellowtail; 12 pieces sashimi - 3 each of yellowtail, salmon, tuna, and striped bass; w. spicy tuna roll). I REALLY appreciated that they actually gave fish for the sushi pieces. A lot of other sushi spots try to play you and give you the rubbery shrimp or the egg and count those each

Fusha is my go-to for Asian food on Main Street Metuchen. I love their hot tea, gyoza, wonton soup, and Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box. Great Asian food at an affordable price. Two apps, two lunch specials, plus hot tea came to only $36.

The atmosphere is quiet with soft music playing in the background. There are plenty of options on the menu. You can even BYOB, or order to-go! The staff is attentive but not hasty, so let them know if you are on a time crunch.

Love this place!! i just wish they had fewer rolls with asparagus and more Eel. always more eel! the crispy duck salad was AMAZING!!! best duck i’ve had! the rolls were great too. tried the summer bloom with strawberry. different and great!

Excellent service and great sushi! Came here tonight and our server was very attentive! My husbands hibachi came out hot and in a large platter. My food came out in a cute little display. The prices are reasonable and the fish is fresh! Love this sushi spot.

My craving for Japanese took me to Fusha Asian Bistro. I had bookmarked Fusha and thought of trying it. It was a great find. Thanks to #yelp again!

* Tuna Wasabi Dumplings : Wasabi Tobiko, Avocado and some Crunch.

* Tuna Tartar 3 Flavors : Finely Chopped Tuna , Tobiko, Scallions Flavored With 3 Sauces.

* Sushi Platter For Two : 18 Assorted Sushis and 2 Rolls. The Assorted Sushi Was Just Out Of This World. All The Fish Were So Fresh And Distinctly Flavorful.

* Children Bento Box.

* Miso Soup : It was Complimentary

My go to sushi spot!

- The quality of the fish is great -- they have a great ratio of fish to rice in their sushi rolls which I appreciate. Also, their sashimi is great!

- Unique rolls - I like ordering the pink and black which has a strawberry sauce. Normally that would sound a bit weird to me but it surprisingly tastes good!

- Service is good - the owner has started to recognize my family because we get to-go relatively often and he'll give us discounts or free edamame

Asian fusion restaurant serving a mix of cuisines, though it seems like a majority of customers come for the sushi.

I tried their sushi rolls (Out of Control, Osaka, and Lobster Rock and Roll) and enjoyed all of them. There's a decent variety of rolls to choose from, and everything come out nicely presented on the table. I also had their calamari appetizer, which unfortunately looked more like frozen rings than freshly fried squid. Still tasty though.

Not a bad spot for a casual lunch or dinner. BYOB.

Located right in the center of Metuchen on Main St is this relatively small Asian bistro and sushi restaurant. According to the menu they are open seven days a week. The place is super clean and though I was the first customer of the evening, it obviously was not crowded. The staff is super polite, white little English they speak.
I ordered the spicy mango salad. Fantastic I must say, plenty of mango and jicama and juicy!!!
For my main fare I really enjoyed the Yellowtail Ceviche. The whole meal was circa $20.
