I studied under several highly successful investors before obtaining my real estate license in 2009 and the belief that home staging was a widely underutilized resource that provided a phenomenal return on investment for sellers seemed to be all but universal among real estate tycoons. I try to support family businesses whenever possible I and I was very impressed with how articulate, friendly and down to earth Emily was. Diane did a fantastic job with staging our mother's house in Westminster. She was so easy to talk to. Her style and attention to detail was fantastic. We definitely felt that because of her staging we were able to get offers on the house within the first few days it was put on the market. Two thumbs up for Diane.
Update: Diane did a terrific job staging my daughter's house. It had a solid offer within a few days of the staging and closed in 1 1/2 weeks.
