We are a professional, full service property management company with 30 years combined experience in the Rental Housing Industry. In addition to our property management, we are a full service real estate company that can handle all your real estate needs. We handle everything related to renting your property to selling it.
3 Locate the electrical breaker and switch any/all breakers to the opposite position, then back again to initial posistion. All requests must be in writing and submitted in a timely manner. Vendors will not enter the premise if only minor(s) are present. For any emergency repairs, please refer to the number(s) listed on your tenant property packet.

Even though we live in Malaysia we have used Eagle Real Estate for the past 12 years. They manage four homes for us. We have found them to be a company of complete integrity. I have not had one instance where I have felt cheated or where they acted in any way deceitfully with us. The rent money appears in our account faithfully every 8th day of the month and if we have any questions they have been answered to our complete satisfaction.
